I understand that it is difficult to buy from a photo, therefore it is my policy that if you are not happy for what ever reason with an object you acquired, you just return it and your money is refunded.
Always request availability before ordering. All orders must be shipped to a
physical address, we will not ship to P.O boxes. Credit card approval must be
obtained before the order is shipped. We only ship complete orders to keep
shipping costs low. Most orders will ship within 10-15 business days. If there
is a delay you will be notified by email. We do not ship on Saturdays or
Sundays. Shipments of merchandise during any holiday season may take longer to
process and ship. We only ship after having cleared your payment.

RETURNS
We will issue a credit for items purchased provided merchandise is unused and in
original condition. Merchandise is returnable within fifteen days of shipping
after the merchandise left our gallery in Antwerp.To make an exchange for
another piece you have six months guarantee.
All returns must be accompanied by your original receipt. All original documents and description must be attached and packaging with bubles in a strong box must be present in order for your return to process. After fifteen days merchandise is no longer returnable, but you have six month after shipping date to claim an exchange for another piece same or lower value. All returns require prior authorization by calling +32 3 227.35.40. Once you have received a Return Authorization you may ship merchandise to the address provided. We do not pay for shipping costs related to returned merchandise. David Norden African Art cannot be held responsible for returned items prior to our receipt so please insure your parcel. Shipping and handling charges for merchandise will not be refunded. Please contact us directly with any questions regarding our return policy.
