We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards, checks, money order and wire transfers. We also take Paypal payments for small amounts.
We will send the objects as soon as possible. Depending on our charge of work this can take between 1 and 4 weeks usually.
With every African Art piece you buy, you will get a complete description of the piece with my opinion and free delivery, you also get a 15 days money back and 6 months exchange guarantee. Usually you can also return an object to exchange it for a more expensive one if you for one reason or another you changed your mind, exchanges can be done within 6 months time limit and have to be discussed previously on a piece to piece base.

1. General Information
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee 100% accuracy and
correct information for each object listed on our website. We are happy to
offer a 15 days money back guarantee and a one-time exchange only policy on the
return of any object within 6 months of the shipping date. On an exchange
the item must cost either the same or less then the original item/s purchased.
If higher in price you can pay the difference. Please note that shipping cost is
not refundable. Customers that return objects after the 15 days period that has
a correct description, without sending an exchange request; will be charged a
25% restocking fee.
Please note: each product ordered may be returned for a refund or exchange
within the 15 days. This means that if you order 3 items and want to return all
3 items, you must exchange these objects for item/s that cost no more then the
original order. If you do not request a product exchange you will be charged a
25% of your purchase in restocking fee after the 15 days period.
Should it be necessary to return non accurate described objects please note the
following:
• The product must be returned with all original packaging materials.
• Before returning an object, please obtain a Return Object Authorization (ROA)
number by emailing us at david.norden@telenet.be. The ROA number must be written
on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any returned
objects that are not accompanied by an official ROA number will not be accepted.
• Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the for full price by a
traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office

2. Correct object information Guarantee
We guarantee 100% correct information of an object of all the items we have
listed on our website. If a non accurate description of an object can be proved,
it will be exchanged or refunded at no charge. All objects, prior to leaving
David Norden African Antiques Art, pass a stringent quality control hand
inspection. We pride ourselves in our accurately filling. Your confidence is our
number one priority. In the unlikely event that we make an error, which is
proved through documented evidence, we will promptly and courteously exchange or
refund the transaction of an object when it sent back to us. The claim of an non
correct object information of an object must be done within 45 days of original
ship date. The guarantee is not valid for damage caused during shipping.
3. Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Object
If there is extensive damage to the package when it arrives, refuse the order.
If you receive damaged or incorrect product, contact our Customer Service
IMMEDIATELY by us at david.norden@telenet.be. Please have your Order ID
number from the enclosed invoice available.
IMPORTANT: If you have not contacted Customer Service within 3 days of receiving
your product, it may have to be dealt with as a Correct object information
Guarantee (2) defect directly with David Norden Antiques. Depending on the
product and its availability, it may take up to 7-10 business days to process
your return once the item is back in our possession. Business days are
Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Belgium. We will notify you of
any delays and will do our best to rectify any errors as quickly as possible.
Return shipping costs can not be reimbursed for defective object received.
4. Non-Defective Product Returns
Within 15 days of shipping date, if you wish to return a correctly described
object for credit and do not wish to exchange; no restocking fee will apply,
after that period a 25% apply. After 6 months, the product is non-returnable and
non-exchangeable. Credits may take up to 7 days to show up in your account at
PayPal.
Should it be necessary to return an object without an exchange please make note
of the following:
• The product must be returned with all original packaging materials.
Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Object Authorization (ROA) by
emailing us at david.norden@telenet.be
5. Can I Cancel My Order?
We work hard to ensure you get the fairest price on all objects. Once an order
has been placed electronically online or with our customer service operators, we
will allow you up to 15 days to cancel the order, no questions asked. All other
orders cancelled after 15 days will incur a 25% restock fee.
