Statues provide a multitude of functions, from delivering behavioral types,  to motivating & curing, to make peace .

They normally are quite abstract and frequently have geometrical characteristics and so are usually protected  in fresh paint ,  dots or lines  like in this type of figure.

The role of the white pigment (also found on the related Mbole tribe) is to ensure social stability.

metoko lengolaThe Metoko is a small tribe of 15,000 people surronded on the three sides by the Lengola.

The Bukota tribe is divided in six clans.

They live in forest and are hunters.
